The ristoration is the pride of Hotel Due Mari: 3 different locations for different times of the day.

  • VIRIDARIUM: The main Restaurant of the Hotel. * Built in the private garden of the seventeenth-century Bolasco Palace, it  welcomes clients in the refined atmosphere of a hall lit by crystal chandeliers and decorated in Luigi Filippo style
  • FEDERICI: Located in the cool Mediterranean garden, it is most popular in the months of May and September.Adjacent to the pool, it is ideal for an informal lunch in relaxing attire, for a refreshing break featuring Mediterranean cuisine and of course cold platters and summer salads.


  • ESEDRA: This summer Restaurant (open from June to September only at lunch) is the poolside grill restaurant
  • VECCHIA MARINA: Open all year round, it offers bar and coffee service in an air conditioned room or in the adjacent Garden Federici. The menu offers a fine selection of alcoholic and and non-alcoholic cocktails, aperitifs, appetizers and snacks for pleasant breaks at any time of the day.



The hotel has its own catering service for the internal organisation of business lunches, coffee breaks, buffet with aperitif, gala dinner.
